Mutter. Despite all that exercise stuff, this morning’s weight was quite noticeably back up to 206.4 pounds (14 stone 10.4 pounds, 93.6kg). :eek2:

Did the walk to and from work (that last bit up Dean Street in the morning gets my heart rate up quite nicely), but decided that it was a good idea to take a night off the main exercise routine, as my knees were complaining more than a little by the time I got home. I’ll aim to do at least one more session between now and Sunday, and then another three or four next week. We shall see…
