Moving right along…

This morning’s weight was ever so slightly down at 206.6 pounds (14 stone 10.6 pounds, 93.7kg). Still too high, but at least it’s a small step in the right direction.

Did the walk to and from work – I seem to have got back into that good habit, at least. And I managed the exercise routine again, with a peak heart rate of 144.

All good stuff.
