Is this running backwards?

Now this is getting ridickerous! I don’t think I’m eating more than normal, I’m still walking to and from work, and I’ve been doing some exercise, but despite that, my weight is still rising. Monday’s annoyingly high figure is 209.2 pounds (14 stone 13.2 pounds, 94.9kg) :eek2:

I really need to step up the exercise programme, but what with one thing and another, I’m going to have to give it a miss this week, which won’t help…
