- Omit the sausage roll at lunchtime. Sarnie and a banananana only.
- Exercise three times a week
- Begin increasing the intensity and duration of the exercise
Starting on Monday. Probably.

 Naughty but nice. And I have been a bad boy. They’ve been on special offer, and I’ve been having two of them most days. Might just avoid that particular shop for a while.
