A small step in the right direction

Sunday’s weight was back down to 208.2 pounds (14 stone 12.2 pounds, 94.4kg). While that’s a lot better than Friday’s scary figure, it’s a wee bit more[1] than I’m happy with, so I really am going to have to push myself a bit on the food and exercise thingies I mentioned yesterday.
