Today’s weight was down to 209.6 pounds (14 stone 13.6 pounds, 95.1kg). That was a “just back from work” weight rather than a first thing in the morning one, but it’ll do for now.
And I persuaded myself to get on the exercise bike again for the standard 10km. The heart rate monitor was still a bit reluctant to start measuring, but it was a bit quicker than yesterday. The peak rate today was 147, and my legs are now aching a bit. Oww.
