Today’s weight measurement was pretty much unchanged at 209.6 pounds (14 stone 13.6 pounds, 95.1kg). I can cope with that.
Lately, I’ve been putting a wee bit more effort into the walk to work. Trying to go a bit quicker, and really keeping up the pace for the last bit, and let me tell you, Dean Street doesn’t get any less steep. Puff, pant, etc. It really gets my heart rate going.
And this evening, I managed some exercise for the fourth night in a row – 10km on the exercise bike, a Bullworker set and a total of 200 ooh-oww crunches. Peak heart rate was 147 for anyone who likes to know that kind of thing.
