Monday’s weight was well up at 208.8 pounds (14 stone 12.8 pounds, 94.7kg). The whole motivation thingy seems to have wandered off again. I really need to
- Stop eating too much at lunch
- Get back on the exercise bike
- Get back to walking to and from work every day
Just need some of that get up and go stuff.
 Which is probably why I’m catching up with the week’s reports on Sunday
