Stepping up a bit

Today’s walks to and from work were made more pleasant by the sound of the new album from Guillemots. I’ll be telling you all about it once I’ve heard it a few more times, but my initial impression is sort of :grin: :wave: :bouncy: :bouncy: :yes:

This evening’s exercise routine was a wee bit more strenuous than yesterdays:

  1. 10 minutes on the rower (two sets of 5 minutes with a 3 minute gap if you want to know all the details)
  2. 160 crunches, ooh, oww
  3. a Bullworker set

Peak heart rate was 155.

I’m still feeling motivated enough to want to do more of this kind of stuff. I hope that lasts a while, as I do need to lose some more weight[1]
