This evening’s exercise routine was a wee bit more strenuous than yesterdays:
- 10 minutes on the rower (two sets of 5 minutes with a 3 minute gap if you want to know all the details)
- 160 crunches, ooh, oww
- a Bullworker set
Peak heart rate was 155.
I’m still feeling motivated enough to want to do more of this kind of stuff. I hope that lasts a while, as I do need to lose some more weight
