More of the same

Ooooh. I just managed another exercise session:

  1. 10 minutes on the rower
  2. A Bullworker set
  3. 5km on the exercise bike (might have been more, but I didn’t want to upset my knees)

My current plan is to do three different things in each session, and to vary the selection from day to day in an attempt to make it less of a rigid routine. Or something.
