Maybe it’s working

I woke up early this morning, and after a couple of espressos, I was ready to face the day, especially after seeing this morning’s somewhat improved weight.

Did the usual shopping, some Photoshop fiddling, and some general relaxing.

Then, I decided that two nights off was quite enough, and got down to some exercise:

  1. 10 minutes on the rowing machine – which didn’t feel quite as much like hard work as last time. Not sure if that’s because I wasn’t doing it after a day at work, or because I’m beginning to get some fitness back. We shall see.
  2. A Bullworker set
  3. 160 crunches

Today’s peak heart rate was a relatively low 140.
