Today, I upgraded my Flickr account so I can upload lots more pictures there, and generally join in with the fun. And I decided to take my camera to work, so I could take it for a walk at lunchtime. I had a good wander, took some pictures of the progress of the demolition of Westgate House, then looked around for odd bits of architecture to capture. I’ll need to do some more work on the pictures before I put them on show, and I’ll probably be going back to have another go at some of them. But in the meantime, here’s a nice detail from Central Arcade. More to follow. Soon.
Slight boo-boo with the ISO setting, if you really want to know. Nice enough pictures but a bit on the grainy side. Might work for some moody black and white versions. We shall see.
I’d been experimenting with some low-light stuff at home, and forgot to change it from 3200 to something more suitable for a sunny day.
