Well, it seems I was paying attention to what I said yesterday. I walked to and from work, and I’ve just done 10km on the exercise bike, with a peak heart rate of 146. It’s been a long time since I was on the bike, and that was pretty hard work. But I’m sure it will get easier if I can keep it up.
I did forget to weigh myself this morning, so today’s weight is an evening figure. And it really needs to come down.
