Had my hair cut today. I went for the very low maintenance option this time.
Now I’m sure this is really just one of those daily variation thingies, but today’s weight, taken at around the same time as yesterday’s is one pound down, which is encouraging. Even if it is just a random fluctuation wossname.
I walked to and from work, and so far I haven’t had the slightest inclination to head for the bus stop instead of the bridge. And I’ve just done another 10km on the exercise bike, with a peak heart rate of 142. That was still hard work, especially on the bits of the program where the resistance is on high, but that will get easier. Probably.
I’ll try to keep this up for a week or two before I think about adding any extra exercises. Don’t want to overdo it and find I have to stop again…
