Targets met

I walked to work this morning, and despite it being a bit cold and windy, walked home as well. And I’ve just done 10km on the exercise bike.

On Sunday I set myself some moderate targets for this week. Let’s see how I did:

  1. Walk to work at least three days out of five Did all five
  2. Walk home at least three days out of five Managed four
  3. Post the dreaded weight figure daily, even if it’s horrible Did that
  4. Attempt a minimum of two exercise bike sessions and post the details Did three

Not bad for a start.
