I walked to work this morning, and despite it being a bit cold and windy, walked home as well. And I’ve just done 10km on the exercise bike.
On Sunday I set myself some moderate targets for this week. Let’s see how I did:
- Walk to work at least three days out of five Did all five
- Walk home at least three days out of five Managed four
- Post the dreaded weight figure daily, even if it’s horrible Did that
- Attempt a minimum of two exercise bike sessions and post the details Did three
Not bad for a start.
