I haven’t given up yet

Today’s weight is down a wee bit[1], which is encouraging. I persuaded myself to walk to and from work without too much difficulty[2]. And this evening, I did 10km on the exercise bike, a Bullworker set and 120 crunch thingies on the abominable abdominal exerciser. That’s 30 each of:

  • Feet on the floor
  • Feet off the floor
  • Legs to the left
  • Legs to the right

Which only hurt a little bit :laugh:

Now if I can only manage to keep that up, I’ll be fine…

[3] By a curious coincidence, turning right from either home or work leads to the bus stop. :eek2:
