Hmmmmmm. Isn’t it amazing the difference a little exercise makes? Well, the weight changes so far fall well within the normal daily variation range, but as they’ve been varying in the same direction, I’ll take it as a sign of progress.
I walked to and from work. On the way home it got a bit windy, especially on the Tyne Bridge, but I didn’t let that stop me. It started to rain just as I got home, so I managed not to get wet…
And this evening’s exercise was a repeat of last night’s, with a peak heart rate of 152. My legs are beginning to feel a bit stiff, so I may need to take a break tomorrow, but I’m not actually planning that far ahead.
