Moving along

While I didn’t do the walking to work thingy today[1], I did do a proper exercise session this evening:

  • 10km on the exercise bike
  • A Bullworker session
  • 160, yes 160 crunch thingies
  • Five minutes on the rowing machine

Unusually, the bike session didn’t get my heart rare up very much, but the rowing made up for it, giving me a peak rate of 141.
