While I didn’t do the walking to work thingy today, I did do a proper exercise session this evening:
- 10km on the exercise bike
- A Bullworker session
- 160, yes 160 crunch thingies
- Five minutes on the rowing machine
Unusually, the bike session didn’t get my heart rare up very much, but the rowing made up for it, giving me a peak rate of 141.
 I had a lift
