Another small rise in my weight today, but not enough to alarm me.
I’ve just completed the usual exercise routine, with a peak heart rate of 142, which completes my target of four sessions this week. That completes four consecutive weeks of actual exercise, which is the most I’ve done since October 2005.
Now all I’ve got to do is keep doing much the same indefinitely.
