That wraps up week five

Today’s weight was up a bit, but that’s not unexpected after a Saturday when I didn’t do anything more energetic than feed CDs to my PC. Today started out in a similarly relaxed manner, but I eventually persuaded myself that I needed to meet my target of four exercise sessions this week, so I got on the bike and followed that with all the usual stuff.

This evening’s peak heart rate was 144, which isn’t too bad. This is the longest sustained period of exercise I’ve managed in a very long time. And I don’t feel like stopping yet…
