Working already?

Well, it’s a little too soon to be sure, and it may be just one of those daily fluctuation thingies, but it does look like my new plan of not eating like a pig at lunchtime is beginning to pay off already. Today’s weight is a whole juicy pound down on yesterday’s, which is encouraging. If I could keep that rate up for a month, I’d be doing very well[1].

I walked to work, and lunch was a nice chicken sarnie. I did have a couple of bananas later in the afternoon, but that’s somewhat more healthy than my usual kind of snacking.

[1] Note: that’s not to be taken seriously. In general, losing more than 1-2 pounds in a week tends not to be sustainable. Or something.
