November round-up

Well, it seems that I haven’t quite lost the plot, so here’s the November round-up that I promised last month.


November 1: 219.2 pounds (15 stone 9.2 pounds, 99.4kg)
November 30: 216.2 pounds (15 stone 6.2 pounds, 98.1kg)

Difference: 3 pounds (1.4kg)

Less than one pound a week, which isn’t as good as last month, but it’s the first few pounds that are the easiest, so a slow down isn’t too disappointing at this stage.


I’m keeping up the sandwich and fruit for lunch routine. Sometimes the sandwich is a slightly larger one from Subway, but I’m generally being well-behaved. I’ve also reduced the amount I eat at weekends, when despite being generally less active, I was eating more than during the week. :duh:


Still walking at least half the time. Mostly walking to work and getting the bus home, but managing to persuade myself to walk home a wee bit more.


After a few quiet months, I made 74 posts in October. Including this one, I’ll have made 72 this month, with perhaps one or two more to come this evening. And I’ve still got a load of reviews to write…

Looking forward

December is likely to be a bit disrupted thanks to some celebration thingy or other which might change my normal routines for a week, but I’ll keep up the reports where I can.
