Another day, another slight rise in my weight. I can see I’m going to have to be much more strict with myself again. I’ve been lapsing into eating more at lunchtime, and as that’s the only thing I’ve been doing that’s different, I think it has to be the cause of the negative weight loss since I started back at work last week.
But that’s for another day. I’m off to London tomorrow, so there will be some large breakfasts in my immediate future (one on the train, one in the hotel). So the new new regime starts on Friday. Probably.
Once again, I walked to work, and got the bus home.
