Ooooh, more progress! Today’s weight is not only lower than yesterday’s, making it easily the lowest weight of the year so far, but it’s my lowest recorded weight since 22 August 2006. Yes, 2006. I am officially lighter than I was at any time last year.
I think this sudden burst of progress is down to me getting back (again) to having just a sandwich at lunchtime and possibly to a change in my breakfast habit from porridge to muesli. Either that, or it’s just random oddness.
