What a remarkably stable week it’s been. I don’t think my weight has stayed at the same level for four days in a row in a long time, and I can’t be bothered checking the spreadsheet, so that will have to remain as a “I don’t think..”.
Things may change soon – I’m going out after work for a meal and some drinkies, so tomorrow’s weight may well be higher. And after that I’ve got a week off, so my eating and moving patterns will be quite different, which will probably do something to my weight.
And yes, I am posting this several days late.
