I seem to have found a small tuit, so here’s a picture I took in London last month. I went to a training course in the heart of London’s old financial district, generally known as “the City”. The course was in a building in a rather tasteful classical-styled courtyard, which was overlooked by the Swiss Re Tower, better known as the Gherkin. I took one quick picture with my little Canon compact as I was leaving – it was beginning to think about getting dark, and the lights made it look a little more interesting.
I’m always fascinated by architectural contrasts, and that part of London is full of them – but this has to be one of the best.
