Ooops, I seem to have missed posting for the best part of a week. Not sure why that happened, really. Admittedly, I was in London for a couple of days last week, and I had a severe case of “can’t be bothered” at the weekend, but that doesn’t usually stop me. I’ll fill in the missing weight reports shortly, and maybe get on with the other stuff I’ve been meaning to post about.
Today’s weight, while alarmingly higher than it was a week or so ago, is at least lower than the even more alarming figures of the last few days.
Oh, and on a positive note, I did manage to motivate myself to walk to work today. Yay!
