This is a nicely argued version of what I’ve been known to incoherently mutter or rant when faced with a badly made website:
This has more often been an issue at work, where I go to a company’s website and spend a few minutes trying to work out what their product actually does.
Oh, and the videos thing? Yeah, have to agree with Matt there. I can read a description and look at some screenshots in much less time than you can mumble your way through a demo.
