Rhossili and the Worm’s Head – 5 July 2010

I thought I’d make a start on showing some more of the pictures I’ve been taking over the last week or so here in Wales. And in a quite remarkable development, I’ll be doing them in the right order, starting with last Monday’s visit to the Gower Peninsula. The first set come from Rhossili, where there’s a quite stunning beach, and a National Trust managed walk to the cliffs which can take you out to the Worm’s Head, a lovely natural rock formation which does look remarkably like the classic image of a sea serpent. When the tide’s out, you can walk right to the head of the Worm, but as the tide was in, we didn’t. Anyway, here are the pictures:
