Weight and Stuff Report – 27 January 2011

Well, unless the scale really is playing games with me, that’s another little reduction today. And (assuming the figure can be trusted, which I suppose it will have to be) today’s weight gets a couple of significance points:

  1. It’s a whisker below the dreaded 16 stone mark. Being 15 stone something is definitely better than being 16 stone something.
  2. It’s also a whisker below the lowest weight I recorded in 2010, which was 224 pounds (16 stone, 101.6 kg) on a couple of occasions in late March

Having failed at walking to work, I decided to take a moderately long walk at lunchtime, following this route:

    Just thought you might like to know – they start knocking down the Tyne Bridge House building (the one on the Gateshead side of the tyne bridge) next week I think.

    Liable to cause major road chaos for a while.
