An alarming rise today, ho hum.
I went for a walk with my shiny new 70-200mm lens at lunchtime. It was the first time I’d had the chance to walk around with it properly, get the feel of using it, and more to the point, take lots of pictures with it. I walked down the Quayside as far as the Ouseburn, as I wanted to get some pictures of the Spillers flour mill, which is apparently going to be demolished very soon. On the way, I took lots of pictures of swooping birds, some of which I’m rather pleased with, and I’ll be posting them soon. But before that, here’s my walk:
