      Surrounding buildings. The fact that they don’t want to drop tons or crap into the river. And that it’s a big lump of reinforced concrete that would take a lot of blowing up to bring down. Explosive demolition is quite rare here – usually only done for very isolated structures. Usual technique is to use nibblers to break it up.
