Weight and Stuff Report – 21 April 2012

Hmm, up again today, but only a little bit.

Today I paid my last ever visit to Tesco’s in Gateshead. No, I’m not going anywhere[1], but the shop is about to be flattened as part of the town centre redevelopment, at the end of which a new and ever so slightly larger shop will take its place. In the year or so that takes, I’ll have to change the habit of about thirty years and either go shopping elsewhere or do the online thingy.

Not a lot else to say today, as I need to get myself organised for a little trip that starts tomorrow.

Your picture for today is of the old Bank of England building, where demolition has started.

Looks like it’ll take a while. The neighbouring Bank House has now been fenced off, and it seems that will be coming down soon.
