Down a wee bit today, but well within daily fluctuation range, so nothing to get excited about.
Today’s picture is a quick test of how OnOne Perfect Effects 7 works on the new iMac. On the old machine, sending an image from Lightroom to Perfect Effects worked, but was veeerrry slooooow. Once the image was loaded, actually using the software was OK, then saving back was another moderately slow process. But now, it zips! It zooms! It, errr, loads in a few seconds, applies effects very quickly, and saves the result back to Lightroom almost instantly. This means that I’m now much more likely to spend some time learning how to get some good results from Perfect Efffects. This is just a quick sample using a preset and just a little adjustment.
