Now that’s what I call security

While I was wandering around trying to work out what was on fire yesterday, I passed this well secured old gate. Now someone has clearly gone to a lot of effort to keep this locked – I’n no expert on such things, but those look like handcuffs to me:

Oh dear, there’s a bit of a gap in the fence there, so maybe it’s not as secure as it first seems. But it’s only a little gap, right?
