Stuff Report – 21 July 2013

After one last breakfast at the Royal Hotel, and the little matter of paying the bill, we headed back towards Pencoed, but not directly. We stopped at the Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway, where this original engine took us for a ride:

There was a bit of a wait at the far end, so we had some lunch there.  After a quick look around the on-site exhibition, we started on a scenic route south, which ended up being a little more scenic than planned, due to a road being closed.

Anyway, we’re back in Pencoed now, and I’ve got a couple of days before I head back home. More stuff later…
