Down another wee bit today, all quite random, I’m sure.
After the usual shopping, I went to Sunderland to see the other half of the photographic exhibition I saw last time I was there. You are the Company in which You Keep is on at the Museum and Winter Gardens until February, so you’ve got plenty of time to find a tuit. The theme is portraits, but not generally conventional ones. Worth a look.
After that, I took a bus along the coast to South Sheilds and a Metro back to Newcastle. I had a quick look round the Christmas market that opened today, but as with all such things, there were too many people for comfort, so I came home.
This is a photo from Sunderland. This bronze walrus lives in the park behind the museum. It seems some of the birds that hang out there don’t like him much…
