Weight and Stuff Report – 9 January 2015

Hmmm, back down today.

Here’s another exhibit from last weekend’s museum visit. In addition to its nifty collection of planes, the North East Land Sea and Air Museums, to use its full name, has some interesting vehicles. This is an old Green Goddess fire engine – used by the military, but deployed on the streets of the UK several times in my lifetime when there were strikes by fire service personnel. What you can’t see here is the man working at the back, carefully restoring the hose connections and other such bits:
