Hmmm, an upward oscillation today, but still staying in that significantly lower than for a very long time area, so that’s not so bad.
Today being a Bank Holiday, I took myself to Frankie & Benny’s for my no longer weekly breakfast, then went over to Newcastle, where I took a few photos before getting a train to Middlesbrough. My plan was to catch the Tees Transporter Bridge in action, having failed on my last few visits due to it being closed either because it was a Sunday or because it was being renovated. Well, the renovation is complete, and I was able to watch it work. Here’s what it looks like:
