Weight and Stuff Report – 5 August 2015

Hmmm, the scale alleges that I’m down by a large amount today. I think it’s trying to confuse me..

I didn’t get very far at lunchtime (again), but I did get some exercise this evening – dismantling my old bed ready for my new one being delivered on Friday. I won’t be able to do it tomorrow night, and as the delivery could be early on Friday, tonight was the time. It wasn’t a major job, other than manhandling the mattress into the spare room. I then Dysoned up the dust badgers[1] that had built up under the  bed and dragged the inflatable guest bed into position for me to sleep on for the next couple of nights.
