Weight and Stuff Report – 3 January 2016

Hmmm, looks like the scale may be having one of its bouts of playing advanced silly buggers. Either that, or I’m doing some singularly wild weight oscillations…

Once the rain paused, I decided to go out for a bit. I took the bus into Newcastle, looked at some books in Waterstones, but couldn’t quite decide on buying anything, then walked down to the Quayside, where I saw a sign suggesting something that seems a bit dangerous to me:

I then crossed the Millennium Bridge and had a look at the latest exhibits in the Baltic. Then left…

I walked back to Newcastle and along the Quayside and stopped when the prospect of walking back up Dean Street seemed like too much effort. I waited for the Q bus back to Monument, then got a bus home, where I found my old friend Barry loitering on my doorstep. He’d lost my number so had come round in hope of catching me. We had a glass of wine and a pizza then off he went.

And now I’m contemplating going back to work tomorrow. What fun…
