Up by a teeny bit today…
I had the day off, as I had a medical appointment to assess my dodgy shoulder. The good news is that I now have an actual diagnosis. It’s a frozen shoulder. The bad news is that it’s one of those things that hangs around and eventually gets better, rather than something where there’s a quick fix that will make it right. Lovely.
There’s an option of some symptom-relieving treatment, but I’ve deferred that till next month, as it’s not necessarily going to do that much, and can have side-effects…
