May 2016 Round-up

Well, that’s May over and done with, which can only mean it’s time for the ever-popular[1] monthly summary that saves you reading the rest of my nonsense.


What’s this? More progress this month? Can it be true?

May 1: 227.4 pounds (16 stone 3.4 pounds, 103.1 kg)
May 31: 222.4 pounds (15 stone 12.4 pounds, 100.9 kg)

That’s an actual drop of  5 pounds or 2.3kg. Though some of that may be lurgy-related.


Yes, I have been eating, but I have been sticking to just a sarnie at lunchtime and resisting the temptation of the onion bhajis. Except when the sarnie is a bhaji burger[2].


Yeah, not a lot of that. Though the heel has scaled back from being seriously annoying to just being noticeable some of the time. The shoulder is just moderately annoying currently.


It’s been a quiet month, with this report bringing the total to 38.


Not a lot. Work’s been worky. Weather has been a bit too meh most of the time for me to be motivated to acts of photography. Still, never mind. Holidays are coming…
