That’s an actual drop of. Though some of that may be lurgy-related.
Yes, I have been eating, but I have been sticking to just a sarnie at lunchtime and resisting the temptation of the onion bhajis. Except when the sarnie is a bhaji burger.
Yeah, not a lot of that. Though the heel has scaled back from being seriously annoying to just being noticeable some of the time. The shoulder is just moderately annoying currently.
It’s been a quiet month, with this report bringing the total to 38.
Not a lot. Work’s been worky. Weather has been a bit too meh most of the time for me to be motivated to acts of photography. Still, never mind. Holidays are coming…
