An almost undetectable rise today, but never mind…
It was a much duller and greyer day than the last two, but I still set out on an expedition. I took the train to Middlesbrough, and headed for the lovely Tees Transporter Bridge. And for the first time, I rode across it (paying a whole 60p each way), and attempted to get some photos from a different angle. So naturally, that’s when the rain started and cam in at an angle that the 16-55mm lens’s hood did nothing to block. So after getting a few photos of something else that can’t be clearly seen from the other side of the river, I rode the bridge back and had a damp walk back to the station.
So, not an altogether successful trip, but not a complete loss:
