Down again today, to a new low for the year.
Having not done all that much yesterday, I wanted to go somewhere today, but couldn’t quite decide where. In the end, I went into Newcastle, had a wander down to the Quayside for a look at the market, then loitered on the Newcastle side and watched the Millennium Bridge open and close. Then I got a bus back to Gateshead, took the Metro to St Peter’s, Sunderland and walked along the riverside and around the marina to Roker, where I got a bus to Sunderland bus station, then another one back to Newcastle and finally another one home.
Various acts of photography were committed, more of which later. But for now, here’s something you don’t see every day…
