Weight and Stuff Report – 20 March 2018

Weight: 208 pounds (14 stone 12 pounds, 94.3 kg)
Steps: 2,266

Down again to another new low for the year today.

Talking of weight, I thought it was time to do some comparisons. As I’ve mentioned, I’m a lot lighter than at any point last year, and I’m below lowest recorded level for 2016, which was a quite possibly anomalous 211.8 pounds (15 stone 1.8 pounds, 96.1 kg) on January 2. And as you might recall, the scale was playing a game of advanced silly buggers all that year, and was probably underestimating by, err, lots. Which takes us back to 2015, where the lowest recorded weight was 203.2 pounds (14 stone 7.2 pounds, 92.2 kg). But can that be trusted? I was muttering a lot at the time about the scale seeming to be in random number mode, so I suspect that it was already underestimating.

So, we have to go back into deeper time for this. If we ignore 2015, the last time I weighed less than I do now was in 2006. I’m quite impressed…

Also quite impressive is this Martian War Machine on the Tyne. Don’t believe anyone who tells you it’s a wind turbine platform, they’re under the control of the Martians.
