Weight and Stuff Report – 12 July 2018

Weight:  167.8 pounds (11 stone 13.8 pounds, 76.1 kg)

Oh dear, down a bit today to a new low. Which used to be the kind of thing I’d be happy about, but these days it’s not so good. More calories needed, obviously…

My stomach was feeling a bit wobbly this morning, so breakfast was just Frosties with milk, followed by some medication.

Lunch was some Philadelphia on Ritz crackers, a Time Out bar and some apple juice.

Following a Tesco delivery, I decided an afternoon snack was in order. And I’m happy to report a new addition to the “things Les can eat” list: Yum Yums. If you’re not familiar, they’re donuts in the form of twisted fingers, rather than the usual circle. They’re sugar-glazed and very tasty. And went down very nicely. Any suggestion that I managed to eat the pack of four will not be denied, because I said I needed more calories, didn’t I?

Dinner was a portion of fish in sauce, which was indeed followed by the traditional Solero and a Mars bar.
